About the Company
Fabmart.com is an e-commerce player focused on sleep related products. Being an early player, we have seen quite a bit of traction and today we are India’s seller of premium mattresses online. We are on the verge of launching a private label of mattresses. This will be along the lines of Casper, which has been hugely successful in the USA. The company is run by a small but passionate team, which has been with the company since inception.
Job Description
- Responsible for sales through the website and telephone
- Educate the customer about various products and help them choose the right product
- Follow through on sales leads in a timely manner and close the sales
- Offer post sales support to ensure that the customer is happy
Required skills and qualifications
- Graduate with 1-2 years experience
- Strong written and oral communication skills is a must
- Should be goal oriented and the compensation will be tied to direct performance
- Have a zeal and passion for business development
- Passionate about startups and any previous startup experience is a strong plus
